This is a reference translation of our Japanese-language Terms of Use. In the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version is authoritative.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using "Kosugi Navi" (this "Site"), a local information site operated by Booster Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using this Site, users ("Users") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and us regarding the use of this Site.
Article 2 (Service Description)
This Site is an information service that allows Users to search and browse nursery openings, garbage collection days, school districts, evacuation sites, and the locations of hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets, parks, disaster-preparedness spots and other facilities around Musashi-Kosugi Station, by map and category. Use of this Site is free of charge.
Article 3 (Accuracy of Information)
Information on this Site is compiled from open data published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Kawasaki City, and others, OpenStreetMap data, and information verified by us, and is generally updated about once a month. However, actual conditions may differ due to changes in business hours, relocation, closure, and similar changes. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information listed. Users should always confirm directly with each facility before visiting or using its services.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
Users must not engage in any of the following when using this Site:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of us or third parties
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of this Site's servers or network (including excessive automated access or scraping)
- Acts that alter information on this Site and mislead third parties into believing it is our information or that of a listed facility
- Impersonating us
- Any other act we deem inappropriate
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content of this Site (text, design, programs, etc.) belong to us or to third parties with legitimate rights. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL license), and some facility information is based on open data published by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Kawasaki City, and others, each subject to its own terms of use and license.
Article 6 (Addition, Correction, and Removal of Listings)
Requests to add, correct, or remove a listing can be submitted via our contact form. We will review such requests and respond within a reasonable scope, but we do not guarantee that we will act on any particular request, and we may decline to list, or remove an existing listing, at our discretion.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we assume no responsibility for any damages incurred by Users in connection with this Site. We are also not responsible for any damages incurred by Users due to changes to, suspension of, or termination of this Site.
Article 8 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)
We may change the content of this Site, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to Users. We are not liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result.
Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)
We may change these Terms without prior notice to Users when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this Site.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to this Site shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court, Kawasaki Branch, as the court of first instance.
